So today, I’m going to share with you how I decide to learn industrial engineering and management.
By the way, I choose to learn it physically, but I am inviting you to read my article online colleges or a traditional one?
I think it all starts with my father. He is an electrical engineer, and he educated my brothers and me to study something that is science and math-related. He also tried to push me into the “top” demand occupation. He wanted me to study electrical engineering or software engineering degree.
He almost succeeds.
The Turning Point
I was also excellent in math and physics, so it was easy for me to choose the category.
But a huge part of me really liked marketing and psychology and everything related to the relationship. Much more than I like computers or science.
And after mapping my strength and my interest, I realize that I’m very good with math, but I really like people. And I will really like to learn about behaviors and stuff.
My Father and I fought. He even says that he will not pay for my studies. I was determined. I told him I would not learn anything else but an Industrial engineering and management degree.
It turns up to be a very successful choice. I really enjoyed my study. I learned a lot of tools that helped me to find my first job as an employee as an information system engineer, and that gave me some web development knowledge.
I built my first website during my first job. My second job was in marketing. I was a marketing analyst. The combination of those two helps me to come to this point at this moment when I establish this blog with my marketing knowledge and my software abilities.
And I just want to say that my path was great, fun, and interesting. I did a lot of projects during this time. I developed apps and built websites, some of them with tremendous success.
My interest is growing, and my knowledge is expanding.
I like to learn new things, and I am happy to do it.
I hope you will have a great career experience too. Full with passion and excitement.
